The heat dome that baked Texas and Mexico for much of the early summer has oozed its way to Florida with sunshine, little to no cooling clouds or rain, but humidity worsened by the hot oceans, Orrison and McNoldy said. Because the water is so warm, the air in Florida gets more humid and “that's making things tougher or more oppressive for people who are going to be out and about,” he said. Water temperatures across the Gulf of Mexico and Southwest Atlantic are 4 to 5 degrees (2 to 3 degrees Celsius) warmer than normal, Orrison said. He said his 95-degree pool doesn't cool him - it just leaves him wet. While the 95- and 96-degree readings were in shallow waters, "the water temperatures are 90 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit around much of Florida, which is extremely warm," said University of Miami hurricane researcher Brian McNoldy. "The water is so warm you really can't cool off." Sounds legit.“That's incredible,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Andrew Orrison. I believe he just lowered upgrade to unique probability and imo bite frequency. This small change has to be expressed mathematically and my theory just holds more true. I'm 99.99 % sure the chance of catching trophy with "that certain bait" is near 100% chance with peacocks, and the unique roll in the high 50s or early 60's%.Īnother thing is that Alex posted on the latest mini patch that peacocks were tones down some. With lures you get a lower chance at catching a trophy right off the board due to their hidden stats. With float fishing every fish you catch is trophy so the roll chance for unique is higher. So peacock turns into trophy depending on probability and can also roll to be unique. I think that like in diablo, uniques can roll from a loot table. I believe it has more to do with the temp patch on unique in Florida until they update with a rebalance. Could this maybe be caused by the fact that there are no jigs in the same Hooksize as the hooks you use for float fishing for them?
